摘要:

针对传统加油系统存在布线复杂、成本高和设备分散等问题,设计了一种基于STM32控制器和nRF24L01无线收发模块的无线加油控制系统。该系统分为主站和从站两部分,从站采集储油桶的液位、油泵供油的压力等参数,主站实现数据实时显示及与上位机的通信。主/从机通过采用一主多从星型模式组建的无线通信网络进行数据传输。测试结果表明,该系统工作稳定性较高,能可靠地实现近距离点对多点无线通信。

Abstract:

A wireless refueling controlling system based on STM32 controller and nRF24L01 wireless radio frequency transmission module is proposed for the complex wiring,high cost and scattered equipment of traditional refueling system.The system can be divided into master station (for real-time display and communication with the PC) and slave stations (for measuring parameters of oil pressure and liquid level).Master/slave stations set up wireless communication network by using Star-shaped pattern for data transmission.The test results indicate that the system works stably and realizes reliable short range point-to-multipoint wireless communication.
