摘要:

介绍了一种优化的SPWM调制技术,在尽量减少硬件成本的前提下,提出新拓扑结构的同时并给出新的调制方式,该拓扑结构配合新的调制技术实现了倍频、扩容的目的。相对以往研究,该方案无需增加开关管的开关频率即可实现输出电压倍频,且无需复杂控制和较多的硬件成本提升即可实现输出电流倍流。为了验证该调制技术和拓扑结构的合理性,文中使用Matlab/Simulink对基于该调制技术的逆变器搭建了仿真进行验证,证明本文所提出的调制方法的可行性。在实际应用中也呈现了较好的均流效果,且MOSFET发热较小,从而实现了倍频与扩容的目的。

Abstract:

This paper describes an optimized SPWM modulation technique with new topology for doubling the frequency and current while minimizing hardware costs.Double output current is achieved without the need for increasing the frequency of the switch and complex hardware in the output voltage multiplier.Matlab/Simulink simulation of an asmodulated inverter is performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed modulation technique and topology.Practical application also demonstrates good equalization effect and low MOSFET temperature and thus frequency is doubled and capacity is enlarged.
