摘要:

将磁流变技术应用于普通CA6140车床跟刀架,设计了一种挤压模式的磁流变动力减振系统。建立了基于磁流变动力减振器的跟刀架系统动力学模型,并通过数值仿真验证了其减振效果。利用Adams软件对磁流变动力减振系统的动力学响应进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了上述理论分析的正确性,同时也表明磁流变动力减振装置可对车削颤振进行有效的抑制。

Abstract:

Amagnetorheological (MR) dynamic damper is designed based on the MR squeeze mode by applying the MR technology in the follower rest of a common lathe CA6140. The dynamic model of the follower rest system with the MR dynamic damper is set up and its effect of suppressing turning vibration is verified by the numerical simulation. The dynamic response of the MR dynamic damper simulated with Adams verifies the validity of the above analysis, and that the MR dynamic damper can suppress the machining chatter.
