摘要:

优化直接进给轴伺服参数对于提高进给轴快速响应性、跟随精度和抗干扰性等均具有重要作用。文中分析了数控系统中应用传统方法整定伺服参数存在的问题,提出了一种基于改进的微粒群优化算法(PSO)的直接进给轴伺服参数优化方法。建立了直接进给轴伺服系统数学模型,并给出了通过改进PSO算法整定直接进给轴伺服参数策略,利用Matlab/Simulink对直接进给轴的运动特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,与常规伺服参数整定方法相比,改进的PSO算法整定的伺服参数使直接进给轴伺服系统具有更好的动态特性,提高了进给轴响应特性、跟随精度和抗干扰性。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to explore the method of tuning servo parameters for direct feed drive, which can finally improve the fastresponsiveness, following precision and antiinterference performance of direct feed drive. The main difficulty in using the traditional method to tune servo parameters is analyzed and a servo parameters tuning method of direct feed drive based on PSO algorithm is proposed. First of all, the servo system mathematical model for direct feed axis is established. Secondly, the paper gives the implementation method to tune servo parameters for direct feed drive by the PSO algorithm. Finally, the movement characteristics of direct feed drive are simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the improved PSO algorithm yields better dynamic behavior of the direct feed drive axis than the conventional servo parameters tuning method, improving the fast-responsiveness, following precision and anti-interference performance of direct feed drive.
