摘要:

针对工程中测试零件及其控制系统性能的问题,为缩短生产周期和降低生产成本,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID的伺服扭矩加载系统。研究设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,使用Matlab,进行系统仿真和实验分析。实验表明,文中提出基于模糊自适应PID的伺服扭矩加载系统能够较好地反映零件性能,并且提高了系统的响应频率和加载精度,可以用于伺服扭矩加载等领域。

Abstract:

This paper puts forward a servo torque loading system based on Selfadaptive adaptive PID to shorten the production cycle and reduce the cost of production testing of part and control system in engineering. A fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed using the Matlab language. The system simulation and experimental analysis show that the servo torque loading system based on the selfadaptive adaptive PID reflects well the part performance and improves frequency response and load precision.
