摘要:

针对传统变电站因信息系统数据重复交叉采集而造成数据采集异常,时间紊乱等问题,文中开发了一种基于IEC61850的智能变电站信息平台,其将变电站产生的数据例如变电站运行数据、设备的状态量、环境数据、用户数据等处理转化成相同标准的形式,形成统一的信息平台,便于信息的交换与共享,并为变电站的控制,运营等提供数据支持。实验仿真证明,此平台可满足 IEC 61850 标准对数据及信息的实时性要求。

Abstract:

Traditional substations suffer from data collection anomalies, time disorders and other problems due to information system data duplication cross collection. To solve the problem, this paper develops and designs an intelligent substation information platform based on IEC61850, which serves as a substation on the basis of data with a unique standard information after data simplification and harmonization to achieve the exchange and sharing of information within and outside the substation, as well as data support for the control, operation and maintenance of the grid system. The simulation results show the platform meets the IEC 61850 standard for realtime data and information requirements.
