一种PCB板元器件图像的分割方法

摘要:

传统的OTSU阀值方法,能够有效检测出灰度图中谷底且双峰均明显的图像,但对于双峰明显,谷底不明显的灰度图像,OTSU阀值方法容易误判目标或者背景,不能明显地将目标与背景分隔开。针对PCB板元器件缺漏这一具体问题,提出了在背光环境下对获取到的PCB板图像,结合RGB色彩特征用OTSU阀值方法进行分割,结果优于传统的OTSU阀值方法。

Abstract:

The traditional OTSU threshold method can detect effectively the gray images that have clear valley and twopeaks,but for the images that have clear twopeaks and an unclear valley,OTSU could not separate the target with the background easily due to the misjudgment of the target or background.Given the missing component of the PCB board,an improved OTSU threshold method based on the RGB color characteristics in the backlight condition is put forward.The result is superior to the traditional OTSU segmentation method.
