摘要:

介绍一种新型X波段固态功率合成放大器,其为脉冲工作方式,采用4个30 W末级功率放大模块,通过混合方式进行功率合成,得到80 W以上的峰值输出功率。最大脉冲宽度200 μs,最大占空比40%。实测结果表明,无论是输出功率、体积尺寸大小,还是散热、可靠性等方面都有较大的提升。

Abstract:

A new successful developed x-band solid-state power amplifier is introduced.The amplifier operates in pulse mode by taking 4 pieces of final stage power modules,each of them has output of 30 W to carry out power synthesis so as to get the peak power of more than 80 W.Its maximum pulse width is 200 μs and the maximum duty cycle is 40%.The tested result shows that no matter the output power,size or the reliability has been improved greatly.
