Abstract:

When moving objects move into the background image,and then keep still,they become part of the background image.The traditional methods use the weighting of the current image and background image to get a new background image,which updates slowly so that the impact of objects can not be eliminated quickly.This paper presents a combination of the frame difference method and background subtraction method for moving object detection,by which moving objects are detected successfully and the scope of application of the moving object detection method is expanded.
