摘要:

针对当前多数变电站微机防误闭锁装置,存在无法对接地线进行有效管理和操作,以及常用临时接地线管理系统在变电站中经常出现的问题。介绍了一种新型临时接地线管理系统,根据其工作原理,结合变电站的实际情况,通过临时地线管理系统实现了临时地线的有效管理,消除了人为疏忽造成的事故隐患,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,规范了涉及临时接地线的倒闸操作作业流程,降低了各站场检修维护作业的综合成本,提高了各站场的现代化管理水平。

Abstract:

In view of the lack of effective management and operation of most of the current Substation Microcomputer anti-misoperation lockout devices and the common problems in temporary grounding system in substation,this paper introduces a new temporary earth wire management system,which realizes the effective management of the temporary earth wire,eliminates the human negligence caused by malignant accident hidden danger,reduces the labor intensity of operating personnel human judgment,standardizes the temporary grounding line switching operations involved,lowers the maintenance work station comprehensive cost,and improves the level of modern management of the station.
