摘要:

介绍了一种基于接触式图像传感器(Contact Image Sensor,CIS)的条码图像采集系统,实现了图像分辨率的动态可调。系统采用CIS实现行扫描,配合光电旋转编码器及减速电机组成的运动平台完成整幅图像数据的采集。可根据条码尺寸大小动态调整扫描长度,从而减少了大量无用信息的采集。该系统可广泛应用于二维条码识别、纸币序列号识别等各种对图像细节比较苛刻的场合,能够较大地提高识别效率。

Abstract:

A barcode image acquisition system based on the contact image sensor which realizes dynamic adjustable image resolution is introduced.It uses CIS to achieve line scanning and completes image acquisition with a platform composed of the optical rotary encoder and reducing motor.It can adjust scanning length dynamically according to the barcode size to reduce the acquisition of useless information.This system can be widely applied in barcode recognition and serial number recognition and other situations and greatly improve the identification efficiency.
