摘要：

随着国家对基建项目投资管理的不断深化,项目后评价已成为衡量项目决策水平的重要手段。火电建设项目后评价是各火电厂、区域发电公司在项目投产后必须要做的工作。文中通过对后评价方法的介绍和实际应用的总结,为火电项目的后评价操作提供了方法。

关键词: 火电项目, 立项决策, 后评价方法

Abstract:

Along with the consistently deepening investment management of the infrastructure project of the country,the post-project evaluation has become an important means for measuring the decision-making level.The post-project evaluation of the thermal power construction is necessary to be done after thermal power plants and regional power generating companies have put the project into operation.Through the introduction of the post-evaluation method and the conclusion of the practical application,the text has provided methods for the operation of the post-evaluation of the thermal power project.
