摘要：

提出了一种基于光电传感器、步进电机和80C51单片机的电阻成型机的设计方案,对基于单片机的电阻成型机能,通过光电传感器检测已加工电阻,利用单片机对加工电阻自动计数及实时显示,并通过单片机发出控制信号,实现电阻成型,其性能稳定、检测的数据准确。

Abstract:

In this paper,a design of resistor forming machine based on photoelectric sensor,stepper motor and 8051 microcontroller is presented,besides that,this paper also introduced the composition of its structure,and briefly introduced the process of the work.The machine functions stable with accurate detection data.
