摘要:

针对现有豆浆机制浆时间长的问题,提出了一种基于SH69P42单片机高效省时豆浆机设计方案,在不改变原有豆浆机基本结构和功能的同时,在电机主轴上安装一简易消泡装置,采用加热和磨浆并行处理,加热和消泡同时进行的控制策略,可将制浆时间缩短为现有豆浆机的50%,提高了使用效率。实践证明该方案的可行性,并具有较大的市场潜力。

Abstract:

In this paper,design of an efficient time-saving soymilk grinder based on SH69P42 microcontroller is proposed in view of long pulping time problem of existing soymilk grinder.It does not change the basic structure and function of soymilk grinder,while the spindle of motor is installed on a simple defoaming device.Control strategies of heating and pulping parallel processing and heating and defoaming parallel processing are adopted,which can shorten half of the pulp time and can greatly improve the efficiency.It is proved that the design is feasible and has greater market potential.
