摘要：

运用FMEA方法,对某型号罗盘外场暴露的故障模式进行系统分析,找出每一个故障模式对产品本身、系统和飞机3个层次的影响及严酷度类别,继而提出设计改进措施,并将改进措施落实到改进样机中,经过试验验证最终实现了可靠性改进目标。

Abstract:

In this paper,we analyse the fault modes existing in ramp test for X-type Automatic Direction Finder systematically by FMEA method,find the effect and fault inclement degree of each fault mode on the product itself,the system and the aircraft,propose the design improvement measurement and apply it into improved product,and finally realize the reliability improvement target by tests.
