摘要：

通过两种输入信号进行判断,当两种输入信号满足设定值且达到可靠设定时间时,才能使触发电压达到预定值,并输出触发信号。文中针对这一思路进行了电路实现的介绍。

Abstract:

This paper describes a circuit design in which a signal output happens only when two inputs meet certain set value and reach the set time.Schema experiment shows that the design is feasible with good reliability and stability.
