摘要:

为达到电动车窗的安全性和快速响应要求,采用信号检测技术设计了基于LIN总线的电动车窗防夹系统。该系统通过霍尔传感器检测车窗玻璃的实时位置,选择直流电机的电流变化作为障碍检测判断的主要指标,采用Freescale公司的MM912F634为车窗控制器,该平台通过LIN总线连接实现。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效地检测障碍物,并能快速进行防夹控制,系统运行稳定、可靠、快速、抗干扰能力强且成本低,具有一定的市场推广价值。

Abstract:

In order to achieve the safety and rapid response requirements of the electric windows,the electric window anti-trap system based on LIN bus using signal detection technology is designed.The real time positions of the windows are detected by the Holzer sensor,and the system uses the changes in current of the DC motor to determine the obstacle with the Freescale's MM912F634 as the controller.The platform is connected by a LIN bus.The experimental results show that the system can effectively detect the obstacle,and respond quickly to the anti-trap.The system is stable,reliable,fast in operation and low in cost.It also has strong anti-interference ability and great potential on the market.
