摘要:

文中对圆度误差评定算法进行了研究,为最小区域圆法、最大内切圆法设计了一种基于LabVIEW的迭代求优法,该算法以最小二乘圆圆心作为初始圆心,将中心最佳移动法与交叉弦法及三角形法则相结合,以得到最佳的理想圆心,并把这种算法用LabVIEW实现,提高了测试的精度和速度。

Abstract:

In this paper,the roundness error estimation algorithm is study,and a LabVIEW-based iterative optimization method is designed for minimum area circle and maximum inscribed circle,The algorithm uses the least squares circle center as the initial center of the circle and combines Center Best Mobile cross-string method and the triangle law in order to get the best ideal center of the circle.Implemented with LabVIEW,this algorithm improves test accuracy and speed.
