摘要:

设计了一种同时应用同步整流和ZVT软开关技术的新型开关电源变换电路。在整流部分应用阻抗更小的MOSFET代替传统二极管实现了同步整流。采用软开关技术实现了开关管的导通或关断时,在零电压或零电流条件下完成。同时,利用PSIM软件对所设计的拓扑结构进行了模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,所设计的电路有效提高了变换器的整体效率,并减少了物理器件损耗。

Abstract:

A novel switch power conversion circuit based on synchronous rectification and ZVT soft switching technology has been successfully designed.In order to achieve synchronous rectification,the low-resistance MOSFETs are used instead of the diode.It is realized that switch tube turn-on or turn-off under conditions of zero voltage or zero current by using soft switching technology.The simulated characteristics of topological structure are simulated by using PSIM software.The results show that the overall efficiency of the converter is improved effectively and the wastage of the physical device is reduced as well.
