摘要:

介绍了稳压罐的结构和Fluent软件的特点,提出了Fluent在设计中应用的方法。通过实例,对稳压罐进行了理论设计和数值模拟分析,得出了其出水口位置的流量稳定度,验证了稳压罐设计的合理性。结果表明,传统理论设计与计算流体力学相结合的方法是行之有效的。

Abstract:

Based on an introduction to the structure of surge tank and characteristics of Fluent software,the application of Fluent in the design is proposed.The theoretical design and numerical simulation of the surge tank is discussed with an example to obtain the flow stability of the outlet location and verify the rationality of the design of surge tank.The result shows that the combination of traditional theory design with the calculation of fluid mechanics is effective.
