基于恒流桥的高精度温度测量系统

摘要:

用基于低温漂精密稳压芯片LT1083的低纹波直流线性稳压电源为系统供电,通过恒流桥驱动三线制PT100铂电阻。放大调理信号后,用16位高精度模数转换器AD7606将模拟信号转换为数字信号后,送给主控芯片STM32单片机,实现高精度温度测量系统。分析了温度测量系统中恒流桥单元、信号调理单元、A/D转换单元等功能模块的电路原理及设计依据,并对系统线性误差进行分析。系统通过STM32算法将信号转换成温度,经过实验结果表明该测温系统性能稳定可靠,温度测量温差≤±0.01 ℃。

Abstract:

A high precision temperature measurement system based on low temperature drift precision voltage chip LT1083 low ripple of dc linear regulated power supply for power supply system and driven by constant current bridge three-wire system PT100 platinum resistance is achieved with analogue signals transformed into digital ones by the 16-bit high precision A/D converter AD7606 and sent to the STM32 microcontroller.The principles and the design of the constant-current bridge unit and signal conditioning unit,A/D conversion unit,and other function modules of the temperature measuring system are discussed and the linear error of the system is analyzed.The signals are converted into temperature by the STM32 algorithm.The experimental results show that the temperature measurement system offers stable and reliable performance with a temperature measuring difference ≤±0.01 ℃.
