摘要:

针对空空导弹高速图像信息处理板上出现的电压压降较大,导致集成电路无法正常工作的问题,将电源完整性理论与PCB设计实例相结合,提出了解决高速印制电路板中电源完整性的措施,并将压降控制在0.5%以内,为日益复杂的高速印制电路板设计提供了参考。

关键词: 电源完整性, 谐振, 直流压降

Abstract:

The power integrality theory is applied to PCB design to address the abnormal operation of the integrated circuits caused by voltage drop in high speed image information processor of air-to-air missiles.Effective solutions to the integration of power in high speed PCB are proposed with voltage drop confined to 0.5%,providing a reference for the design of high speed PCB that is becoming more and more complicated.
