摘要:

基于移动互联网的实时路况采集与发布系统,由运行于智能手机等终端的数据采集客户端软件、基于因特网的实时路况服务器及运行于智能手机等终端的实时路况查询客户端软件3部分组成。其基于智能手机操作系统,利用GPS、A-GPS和GPS数据保障技术,采集交通参与者的位置、速度和方向等信息;利用数据挖掘技术和GIS地图匹配进行数据处理;然后使用位置服务和动态路径规划等技术发布。利用MI-RTTS系统的数据,可发现城市交通问题,据此提出交通工程专业解决方案;缓解城市交通拥堵、节约能源、降低机动车污染排放。

Abstract:

The real time traffic information acquisition and distribution system based on the Mobile Internet is composed of three parts,the client software running on the smart mobile phone terminal,the  realtime traffic server on the Internet and the query client software running on the smart mobile phone terminal.The system acquires traffic information about the location,speed and direction of those in traffic using GPS,AGPS and GPS data security technology,and processes data by data mining and GIS map matching etc,and releases data using Web GIS and dynamic path planning.Urban traffic problems can be found using data offered by the MIRTTS system,on the basis of which we propose a professional solution to traffic problems,thus alleviating urban traffic congestion,saving resources and reducing motor pollution emission.
