摘要/Abstract

摘要：

在分析档案电子目录检索需求的基础上,基于VBA语言编制了档案电子目录检索软件,在编制软件过程中,解决了跨年份检索、多条件检索、全年份检索时,人机互动和软件可拓展性等关键问题。该检索软件的编制解决了档案检索过程中的一些实际问题,具有较强的实用价值。

Abstract:

On the basis of an analysis of the requirement for archive electronic directory retrieval,the author compiled an archive electronic directory retrieval software based on VBA language,In the process,the author solved such key problems as retrieval of archives in different years,complex conditions retrieval,humancomputer interaction,and the expandability of the software.This software solves the practical problems in retrieval and is,therefore,of practical value.
