毫米波功率放大器线性化技术

Research on Linearization Techniques for Millimeterwave PA

摘要:

针对毫米波功放的线性化要求,采用反向并联肖特基二极管设计了一种毫米波线性化器,分析了其基本结构和工作原理。利用软件建立模型进行仿真优化,依据仿真数据制作实物并应用于某毫米波频段功放,使得三阶交调指标改善了8 dB以上。结果表明,该线性化器结构简单、易于集成,具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract:

According to the linearization requirements of millimeter wave PA,antiparallel Schottky diodes are used to design a millimeter wave linearizer.Its basic structure and working principle are introduced.The circuit is optimized and simulated by software.Based on the simulation,the linearizer is applied to a power amplifier.The test results show that the IM3 has been improved by more than 8 dB.The results show that this linearizer has simple structure,and can be easily adjusted.It is of practical valuable.
