摘要:

针对煤炭自动运输过程效益低和安全性不足的问题,介绍了以S7-200PLC和590+直流数字调速器协同作用的模糊PID控制调速系统。系统硬件结构模块清晰易于操作,软件采用模糊PID闭环的直流调速方式,通过模糊规则进行推理和决策达到精确控制系统的目的。实验结果表明,系统具有抗扰动性强、调速精确、调速范围广等优点。

Abstract:

In view of the unsafe coal production with low transport rate,an improved fuzzy-PID speed control system is proposed combining the S7-200PLC and 590+digital DC speed controllers.The hardware structure model of the system is clear and the software uses the closed-loop fuzzy-PID method combined with fuzzy rules to control DC motor.Experiments show that the system has good disturbance resistance,wide speed range and precise control.
