船用直流框架式断路器控制器研究

Research on Controller in the Frame Direct Current Breaker for Ships

摘要:

针对传统船用断路器控制器采样精度低、实时性差的问题,文中采用国内船用交流框架式断路器,并结合国外直流控制器先进技术,提出一种新型智能控制器设计。通过分流器将直流电流信号转换为毫伏级电压信号,再由控制单元对其进行信号处理,根据保护特性需求可驱动执行机构动作。实验结果表明,该型控制器满足三段保护要求,具有保护精度高、调节范围宽、可靠性好等特点。

Abstract:

In view of the traditional breaker for ship with low sampling precision and poor realtime performance, this article combines the alternate current breaker in frame type used in domestic ship and direct current controller of advanced foreign technology, and presents a new intelligent controller scheme. The Dc current signal is converted to the millivolt signal though a diverter, and then the signal is processed by the control unit for the intelligent controller to drive the movement of actuator according to the requirements of protective properties. The results show that the intelligent controller satisfies the requirements of three periods of protection with its high precision, wide range of adjustment and high reliability.
