摘要:

传统的控温设备均是通过单点测量获得当前环境温度,然而单点测控无法有效控制系统内温度的均匀性和稳定性。针对某些温控领域要求温度具有较好的均匀性和稳定性的特点,文中采用了基于C8051与IR2110构成的电路驱动方案。该方案通过PID算法编程,结合多点测控从而实现系统内驱动电路的独立工作。实验结果表明,该测控方式能使系统内不同点稳定工作在设定温度,控制误差在0.5 ℃以内,温度均匀性在1 ℃以内。

Abstract:

Traditional equipments obtain the temperature of the current environment by single point measurement,lacking in effective control of the uniformity and stability of system temperature.A drive circuit based on C8051 and IR2110 is proposed.We take advantage of PID algorithm and multiplex measurement to make the driving circuit work independently.The experimental results show that the temperature of different points can be kept at the set temperature in the system with a control precision of within 0.5 ℃ and a temperature uniformity of within 1 ℃.
