环模辗环成形工艺参数仿真分析

摘要:

芯辊进给速度和驱动辊转速对辗环工艺有着直接影响,环模辗环成形变形行为复杂,通过传统的物理实验进行芯辊进给速度和驱动辊转速设计成本高昂、效率低下。文中讨论了辗环成形的有限元建模技术,基于塑性成形软件Simufact对环模辗环工艺进行有限元模拟,分析了芯辊进给速度和驱动辊转速对轧制力和等效塑性应变的影响。结果表明,当芯辊进给速度为2 mm/s时,驱动辊转速在25~33 rad/s,环模变形充分、均匀,轧制力合适,成型效果较好。仿真结果为环模辗环成形工艺参数拟定和改良提供了参考。

Abstract:

The Mandrel radial speed and driving roll rotational speed have a directly influence on the complex ring rolling process. The design of Mandrel radial speed and driving roll rotational speed through traditional physical experiments is expensive and inefficient. This study discusses the finite element modeling technology about ring rolling process, performs the simulation based on the Simufact software, and analyzes the influence of Mandrel radial speed and driving roll rotational speed on rolling force and equivalent plastic strain. The results show that the deformation of ring die is adequate and uniform at a mandrel radial speed of 2mm/s and a driving roll rotational speed between 25rad/s-33rad/s, where the rolling force is suitable with good forming effect. Result of simulation will provide a reference for the design and improvement of process parameters of ring rolling process.
