摘要:

针对K波段小型化功率合成需求,提出了波导功分器与波导微带转换相结合的设计方案。文中研发了一种6路矩形波导功率分配网络,该网络通过将3路波导功分器与双探针波导微带转换进行级联,借助软件进行设计优化,在24~26 GHz频带内 6 个输出端口具有很低的插入损耗和良好的回波损耗,可广泛应用于微波大功率合成领域中。

Abstract:

In view of the K-band miniaturization power combining, this paper describes an plan by combining the waveguide power distribution and the waveguide-to-microstrip. A six-channel power distribution network is designed in this paper. By combining three-channel waveguide power divider with waveguide-to-microstrip  transition of double probes, and using software to design and optimize, the six output ports achieve good magnitude and phase consistency in 24-26 GHz。The network which has very low insertion loss and return loss is applied widely to the field of millimeter wave high power combining.
