基于LED光源可自由转化光斑形状大小的组合透镜

摘要:

基于非成像光学理论,根据LED光源特性,文中提出一款由两个透镜组合形成的光学系统,其可自由转化光斑形状和大小。从基本的透镜结构出发,利用SolidWorks软件,建立有微阵列结构和曲面条纹的透镜,再利用光学软件LightTools仿真模拟光路,可以通过改变两透镜间距实现光斑形状由矩形光斑到椭圆光斑到圆形光斑之间的转化,同时还可以改变光斑大小,发散角可由20°变化到50°,整体系统发光效率均可保持在93%以上。

Abstract:

Based on non-imaging optical theories,we proposed an optical system consist by combination of  two lens according to the characteristic of LED light source.This combination lens can freely convert the shapes and sizes of light spot.From the basic lens structure,we established different structure lenses with micro-array and surface stripe using SolidWorks.And then use the optical software LightTools simulation of light path,we can obtain a rectangular spot to a elliptical spot to a circular spot by changing the distance between the two lenses,and also can get different sizes of the spot.The divergence angle varies from 20° to 50°,the whole optical system luminous efficiency can be maintained at 93% or more.
