摘要:

针对传统的齿轮刀具设计计算量大、试制周期长,难以适应市场竞争需求的问题。文中提出了一种基于NX软件平台,通过二次开发方法与数据库技术结合的方法来实现齿轮仿真加工。以滚齿加工原理为理论基础,采用VC6.0作为二次开发工具,结合MFC数据传递技术实现NX界面与数据库的无缝对接,并对仿真加工的齿轮进行了模态分析,验证了系统设计的合理性。最后完成了系统构建,实现了齿轮的仿真加工。

Abstract:

The traditional gear cutter design has a large amount of calculation and a long trial cycle, which is difficult to adapt to the market competition. In this paper, based on the NX software platform, the gear simulation process was realized through the combination of the secondary development method and the database technology. Based on the principle of hobbing processing, VC6.0 was used as the secondary development tool, and the seamless connection between NX interface and database was realized by using MFC data transfer technology. The modal analysis of the simulated machining gear was carried out to verify the system design. The modal analysis of the simulated gears was carried out to verify the rationality of the system design. Finally, the system construction was completed, and the simulation processing of the gear was realized.
