模块化并联均流单相逆变器设计

摘要：

随着电能使用的快速增长,针对新能源并网和电机驱动等领域面临的大功率逆变器设计及维修不灵活的问题,文中提出了一种模块化逆变器的设计方案。为使逆变器并联可以相位同步运行以及电流均分,利用STM32F407处理器对模块化的逆变器进行驱动及通信控制同步调节。为快速传递相位信息,文中采用模拟信号进行通信的方案,使多个逆变器的电压幅值和相位可以快递同步,实现灵活并联的功能,满足不同功率等级场合的需求。最后通过仿真和实际的样机测试证明了该方案的可行性,并通过优化控制算法得到了较好的稳态性能。

Abstract:

With the rapid growth of power consumption, in view of the problem of inflexible design and maintenance of high-power inverter in the field of new energy grid connection and motor drive, this study presents a design scheme of modular inverter. To make the inverters in parallel can operate in phase synchronization and share the current equally, the STM32F407 processor is used to synchronize the drive and communication control of the modular inverter. To quickly transfer the phase information, the analog signal communication scheme is adopted, so that the voltage amplitude and phase of multiple inverters can be synchronized quickly, and the function of flexible parallel connection is realized to meet the needs of different power levels. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is proved by simulation and actual prototype test, and better steady-state performance is obtained by optimizing the control algorithm.
