Abstract:
The paper introduces the implementation of the automated inspection system of fluorescent magnetic particle testing.Based on the principle of fluorescent magnetic particle testing,the system controls magnetic particle testing machine and stepper motor with a computer as the central control system.Combined with image processing and machine vision technology,the system makes a detection of the size and defect of the workpiece metal shell.
