Abstract:

Based on TSMC0.5 μm CMOS,a circuit with a bandgap reference is designed in this paper.The circuit employs an arithmetic amplifier to implement the internal negative feedback in comparison with the traditional voltage reference.The voltage source adopted is one with the nested Miller compensation,a low-temperature floating,high voltage rejection,low-power consumption and a bandgap reference.Simulation indicates that the order of accuracy of such reference voltage is to 13.2×10^-6/℃,that the voltage rejection at a low frequency is 98dB and that the static working current is 3 μA.
