Abstract:

Libnet is applied to enhance the security of the existing science and technology intermediary service platform.PHP web development language is used to build the science and technology intermediary service platform to improve the system functions with four integrated functional modules:the trading platform integration services,technology information service platform,public technical service platform and business incubator services platform of science and technology intermediary service platform.
