Research on A Multi-area Air-cooled Precise Temperature Control System with High and Low Temperature

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of high-temperature and high-temperature control of multi-zone air-cooling, this study designed a new large-space and multi-area control method. The method adopted PLC as the control core, using PT100 temperature sensor as the temperature measuring component, and the temperature as the temperature of the cooling and heating unit. Adjusting components, combined with macro PID control algorithm, fast PWM regulation and hybrid control of the heating and cooling unit to achieve precise control of multi-zone temperature. The user login function was developed based on MCGS configuration software. The experimental prototype test showed that the system could achieve temperature accuracy of ±0.5 ℃ in the range of -520 ℃ and temperature accuracy of ±0.1 ℃ in the range of 2060 ℃.The practical application verified that the proposed method had higher control precision, better reliability and simple operation than the conventional PID algorithm, indicating it had good promotional value.
