基于单片机的水浴恒温控制系统设计

Design of Water Bath Constant Temperature Control System Based on Chip Microcomputer

摘要:

针对水浴温度的不稳定性,文中采用数字温度传感器DS18B20完成温度采集水温检测和转换,单片机STC89C52依据接收到信号对加热设备实施对应的控制,恒温范围通过3个按键进行设置和查看,用4位数码管显示实际温度,1位数码管显示工作状态。搭建系统硬件电路,完成各硬件电路的设计、调试,编写系统程序,利用Proteus进行仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明,该系统能将温度控制在设定范围之内,并显示实时水温,检测温度可以精确到0.1 ℃,测量范围0~100 ℃,检测结果稳定。

Abstract:

Aiming at the instability of water bath temperature, the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was used to complete the water temperature detection and conversion. SCM STC89C52 controled the heating equipment according to the received signal.The constant temperature range was set and checked by three keys. The actual temperature was displayed by four-digit digital tube and the working state was displayed by one-digit digital tube. Built the hardware circuit of the system, completed the design and debugging of each hardware circuit, wrote the system program, and used Proteus to simulate the experiment. The simulation results showed that the system can control the temperature within the set range and display the real-time water temperature.The detection temperature can be accurate to 0.1 ℃ and the measurement range was 0~100 ℃ and the detection results was stable.
