The Development Prospects of ECG Monitoring Circuit

摘要:

针对心电信号阻抗高、幅度小和频率低的特点,常用心电监测仪由心电采集模块、放大模块、滤波模块及处理模块构成。采集和放大模块由滤波和处理电路的输入需求决定。电路存在着较大的共模干扰信号,采用模拟滤波器无法将干扰信号完全滤除,所以现代心电监测仪多采用数字滤波器作为滤波模块。处理模块按需求可采用通用或嵌入式计算机。考虑到心电监测仪的特点及性能,其将会向仪器微型化、检测智能化、信息多样化、诊断远程化的方向发展。

Abstract:

This article describes the characteristics and prospects of modern typical ECG monitor.In view of the high impedance,small amplitude and low frequency characteristics of common ECG,the ECG monitor consists of the ECG acquisition module,amplifier module,filter module and processing module.ECG acquisition module and amplifier module are usually determined by the Input Requirements of filter module and processing module.There usually exist large common mode interference signals in the circuits and processing module can not completely filter out the interference signals,so the modern ECG monitor usually use digital filter as a filter module.Processing module generally uses common or embedded computer.The future trends of ECG monitor will be miniaturization,intelligent detection,information diversity and remote diagnosis.
