摘要:

为满足对直流无刷电机控制要求精度高、调速性能好、系统实现成本低的需要,设计了一种无刷电机控制系统。该系统以MC9S12X128单片机为控制核心,采用IR2130芯片驱动MOSFET功率管,实现对直流无刷电机三相六拍PWM控制。系统硬件电路结构简单、调速方便、功耗低。实际运行测试表明,电机可以长期稳定运行。

Abstract:

A brushless DC motor control system is designed in order to meet the requirements of high precision,speed performance and low cost.In this system the microcontroller MC9S12X128 is used as the control and disposal center,and the IR2130 chip is adopted to drive the MOSFET power transistor to achieve the three phase six step PWM control of the brushless DC motor.The system has the advantages of simple structure,easy speed adjustment and low power consumption.The practical application shows that the BLDC motor runs smoothly and reliably.
