摘要:

在电机控制系统中,转速测量的精确度、实时性和稳定性直接影响电机调速系统的性能。文中设计了一种基于LabVIEW软件平台的电机转速监测系统,选择绝对式光电编码器和单片机作为前端转速信号的采集系统,通过RS-232串口通信将数据传送至上位机;利用LabVIEW的数据处理和显示功能,对转速信号进行实时地处理、显示和保存。该设计在开关磁阻电机调速系统中进行了实验测试,结果证明,该方法人机界面良好、测速范围宽、精度高、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:

Speed is of vital importance in the motor control system.And the precision,real-time and stability of motor speed measurement directly influence the motor speed control system performance.This paper introduces a design of speed monitoring system based on LabVIEW,which chooses absolute optical encoder and single chip microcomputer as front-end speed signal acquisition system,and transmits the data to the PC through RS-232 serial communication.The acquired speed signal is real-timely processed,displayed and stored by using powerful functions of data processing and displaying of LabVIEW.This design has been tested in switched reluctance motor speed control system.Experimental results verify that this method features good human-machine interface,wide range speed measurement,high accuracy,fast response and strong anti-interference ability.
