摘要：

介绍了适用于航空技术,并具有自检功能、可自动切换的双路可调电源模块的设计方案和其用途、工作条件。分析了电路组成、工作原理、关键元器件的选取及结构设计要求。同时对外型结构和技术难点上的问题给出了解决方案。实验证明,该产品应用于飞机舱灯电源控制系统,具有易散热、方便安装、输出稳定可靠,引出端子规格标准、通用。且电网滤波具有抗电磁辐射干扰,各路输出闭环稳压控制,使输出稳定、便于使用。

Abstract:

This article presents a dual adjustable power module design capable of self-test and automatic switch for aviation technology,and its application and working conditions are introduced.The circuit,working principles key components selection and structural design requirements are analyzed.Solutions are given to the difficult technical problems and appearance structure.Experiments show that the product can be used in aircraft cabin lamp power control system with the advantages of easy cooling,easy installation,stable and reliable output,and standard terminal specifications.And the grid filter has good anti-electromagnetic radiation interference performance,and each output is closed-loop voltage controlled,thus the output stability and ease operation.
