摘要:

LED因其独特的优点被广泛应用,因此,LED可靠性问题尤为重要,而相关色温是研究LED可靠性的一项重要参数。文中介绍了LED的优点及应用,针对LED的相关色温使用傅里叶逼近、高斯逼近、多形势逼近及正弦曲线逼近等方法进行曲线拟合,并采用K-均值聚类、文本聚类和模糊C聚类等方法进行聚类分析,说明了对LED可靠性问题的研究及器件的筛选与检测的重要意义。

Abstract:

LED is widely used by its unique advantages.Therefore,the reliability of LED is extremely important.The correlated color temperature (CCT) is an important parameter of reliability.This paper describes the advantages and applications of LED.Curve fitting is performed for CCT by Fourier,Gaussian,Multi-form,Sinusoidal approximation and cluster analysis is made by K-means clustering,text clustering and FCM clustering.It provides great convenience for the research of reliability and screening of devices.
