摘要:

电液比例阀控液压双缸同步系统具有典型的非线性和不确定性,传统控制方法难以达到双缸同步精度要求。在传统控制方式基础上加入模糊控制器以实现控制系统参数的在线调整,可提高系统自适应能力。建立基于模糊控制算法的主从液压双缸同步模型,Matlab仿真结果表明,基于模糊算法的主从同步方式减小了双缸同步位移差波动范围,并具有较好的抗干扰能力和稳定性。

Abstract:

The hydraulic system controlled by the electro-hydraulic proportional valve has typical nonlinear and uncertainty.The precise dual cylinder synchronization control is difficult to achieve by traditional control methods.The fuzzy control is used in the double cylinder synchronous system to realize the adjustment of control parameters online based on the traditional control method,which improves the adaptive capacity of the system.The Matlab simulation results show that the fuzzy control reduces the displacement fluctuation range of double cylinder synchronous system and has perfect anti-jamming capability and stability.
