摘要：

安全栅是本质安全型防爆设备的重要组成部分,文中利用可靠隔离变压器及其保护电路实现了一种高度可靠的用于传输直流电源的隔离型安全栅。对构成安全栅的变压器、及其他关联元器件提出了详细的参数要求,并给出了具体设计要点。该安全栅完全符合EN60079对本安型防爆设备的要求。

Abstract:

Safety barrier is an important component of the intrinsically safe explosion-proof equipment.This paper implements a highly reliable isolation safety barrier for the transmission of dc power supply based on the reliable isolation transformer and its protection circuit.The detailed parameters and the key designs of the transformer and associated components of the barrier are given.This safety barrier fully meets EN60079 requirements of the intrinsic safety explosive-proof equipment.
