基于DS18B20的多点测温监测系统设计

Design of Multi Point Temperature Monitoring System Based on DS18B20

Multi point temperature measurement system is widely used in industry. The digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to realize the multi point temperature monitoring system, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, high precision, wide range, low power consumption, small size and so on. Multi point temperature monitoring system based on digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is designed. The test results show that the system can achieve the expected accuracy, and can set the upper and lower limits of alarm temperature according to the needs.

摘要:

多点测温检测系统在工业界应用广泛。文中利用数字式温度传感器DS18B20的单总线特点,与单片机结合,实现的多点温度监测系统具有高灵敏度、高精度、宽量程、低功耗、小体积等优点。基于数字温度传感器DS18B20设计多点测温监测系统,分析了多点测温的可靠性和精度。测试结果表明,所设计的系统能够达到预期精度,并可以根据需要设定报警温度上下限度,辅助相关嵌入测试系统。

Abstract:

Multi point temperature measurement system is widely used in industry. The digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to realize the multi point temperature monitoring system, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, high precision, wide range, low power consumption, small size and so on. Multi point temperature monitoring system based on digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is designed. The test results show that the system can achieve the expected accuracy, and can set the upper and lower limits of alarm temperature according to the needs.
