热压成型方法下轻量化汽车零部件的虚拟设计与验证

摘要:

针对汽车制造工业中环保和轻质化的需求,文中基于热压成型工艺对汽车的B柱进行了重新设计,并使用计算机进行了零部件的建模验证。在建模时,基于有限元理论建立了该工艺下的汽车零部件模型,然后遵从C-NCAP碰撞标准设计了汽车的碰撞实验。仿真实验结果表明,与传统使用冷压成型的零部件相比,该方法所设计零部件的质量可降低50%。同时,汽车的被动安全性也有一定程度的提升。

Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and lightweight in China's automobile manufacturing industry, this study redesigns the B-pillar, the key component of automobile, based on hot pressing process. Then, The computer is used to validate the model of parts and components. In the process of modeling, the model of automobile parts under this process is established based on the finite element theory. At last, the vehicle crash experiment is designed according to the C-NCAP crash standard of our country. The simulation results showed that the quality of parts designed by this method can be reduced by 50% when compared with the traditional parts formed by cold pressing. At the same time, the passive safety of automobiles can be improved to a certain extent.
