摘要:

针对液压系统故障诊断中存在的检测和分析判断困难、耗时费力且准确度不高等诸多问题,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器和BP神经网络技术的液压系统远程故障诊断系统的设计。利用虚拟仪器数据采集、分析和处理能力以及其开放性特点,实现了对液压系统故障的实时远程监测判断。利用BP神经网络技术对历史监测数据的分析判断,实现了对液压系统将来工作状态的预测,发现潜在故障,做好预防措施。该方法具有良好的软件交互界面,操作简单,准确度高。

Abstract:

The difficulties of analysis and detection,the cost of time,the low veracity of estimation was found in diagnosis for hydraulic system.Then a design scheme of fault diagnosis for hydraulic system was put forward.Through the function of powerful abilities to collect,analyze and deal with the data,the long-distance survey of hydraulic system was realized.Through the analysis of historical data by using BP neural network,the forecast of future state was achieved.A favorable interface of software,simple operation,high veracity and beneficial practical value are the most obvious characters of this method.
