Abstract:

In the lead electrolysis production, the cathode conductive rod on the cathode plate is extracted and collected for reuse after the electrolysis is completed. At present, most of the manufacturers in China still take manual methods for extraction in this process. In this paper, a rapid, stable and effective cathode rod extraction equipment for lead electrolysis was designed by electro hydraulic proportional technology. Using AMESim software, three important systems of rod pulling, turnover and lifting were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results showed that the hydraulic cylinder of the rod pulling mechanism pulled out in 1.5 s and recovered in 1.5 s. The distance was 300 mm.The maximum turning angle of the turnover mechanism was 91.8° degrees, and the running cycle time was 9 s. The lifting mechanism moved intermittently in motion, falling 10 mm per time for 1.5 s. The system output at each stage was greater than the maximum demand of the equipment. The simulation results showed that the system was accurate in positioning and time control, and the output was sufficient, which could completely meet the design requirements.
