An Improved Design of MBIST Based on March C+

Abstract:

Several common algorithms for BIST of SRAM are introduced,especially the algorithm based on March C+.An improvement is proposed to enhance the fault coverage of MBIST.The most popular design method,top-down design,and the most commonly used IC design language,Verilog HDL,are adopted to design the MBIST circuit.Force-release sentence supported by Verilog HDL is used to conduct simulation verification.
